This policy covers the company website and inquiries about Screen Reporter Enterprise or SDK pilots. The interactive demo uses synthetic, read-only sample data; it does not collect screenshots or recordings from your app. A real SDK deployment requires a separate assessment of the customer’s collection settings, notices, and responsibilities.

• Required inquiry information: name, email address, inquiry type, and your message. We use these to respond, assess the requested integration, and discuss a pilot or engagement.
• Optional information: company and platform / area of interest, if supplied. These help us understand your requirements. Leaving them blank does not prevent submission.
• Consent record: agreement to the collection notice, its version, and the submission time recorded by Google Forms. We keep this to establish the basis for processing the inquiry.

Please do not include passwords, identification numbers, health information, or sensitive customer data. Inquiry information is not used for advertising campaigns.

We retain inquiry information and its consent record until one year after the consultation ends, then delete them without undue delay. Consultation ends when the inquiry has been resolved and the related follow-up is complete. An earlier valid deletion or consent-withdrawal request is handled through our privacy contact.
We remove records from Google Forms and any related working copies or correspondence under our control. Provider-managed backup deletion follows the relevant provider’s deletion process. If a specific law requires retention, the applicable records are kept separately for the legally required period. A subsequent service contract and its records are handled under separately applicable terms.

We use Google Forms to receive and store inquiries and Google Workspace email to communicate with you. Google processes these service data under the applicable Workspace arrangements. The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure; delivery and security providers may process connection information such as IP address, request time, browser information, and security cookies.
These services operate across jurisdictions, so processing may occur outside Korea. Actual storage and processing locations depend on the service, account configuration, and provider subprocessors; we do not represent that all data stays in Korea. We do not sell inquiry information. Apart from service processing described above, we do not disclose it to another party without an applicable legal basis or separate permission where required. Inquiry responses are restricted to authorized company account access. The public website contains no service-account credentials or private management tokens, and inquiry submission uses HTTPS.

You may decline collection and use. Without the required agreement, the inquiry form cannot be submitted; you can still browse the website and sample demo. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of consent by emailing tech@affisto.com. We may verify your identity only as needed to handle the request and respond under applicable law. Sending an inquiry by email also involves processing the information you choose to send.

The website does not include a separate advertising tracker or visitor analytics tool added by Affistolab. Hosting and security services may nevertheless use necessary cookies and connection logs to deliver the site and protect it. When you submit an inquiry, you navigate to Google Forms and Google’s service settings apply. Browser settings can control cookies; blocking necessary cookies may affect service functions.

Effective date and inquiry-consent version: 2026-09-27. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If new consent is required for a material change, we will seek it before applying that change to the relevant processing.
